Vendor Refund & Weather Policy

Chicago Caribbean Carnival is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. Vendors should come prepared for normal outdoor weather conditions, including light to moderate rain, wind, heat, or changing temperatures.

Vendor fees are non-refundable due to mild or typical weather conditions. Refunds will not be issued if a vendor chooses not to attend, arrives late, leaves early, or decides not to operate because of rain or other non-severe weather conditions.
